The object of this final
lesson is BALANCE. This is where your patience, practice and control
are most needed. In this final session, you need to incorporate
what you’ve learned in lessons one and two. Here’s where you place
the fourth health ball on top of the three sitting in the palm
of your hand of choice. This will cause all three-health balls
to push away from the fourth health ball sitting on top of them.
The idea is to use the strength in your fingers to control and
hold the three health balls with the fourth one balancing on top.
After attempting a few rotations, try to form a type of cup around
the three health balls in your palm with your fingers and hand.
At first just try to keep them balanced in your hand for about
20 to 30 seconds at a time until you get use to holding this pattern
in our hand of choice. Begin with the same method as in lesson
two, by one pushing the health ball with your thumb, in turn it
will push the second health ball to your little finger, which
will catch and push the third health ball back to your thumb.
The difficulty will be in trying to balance the fourth health
ball on top of the three in your palm, and remember one notch
at a time. This final lesson is going to require you to study
the pattern of the health balls in your hand with intensified
concentration. Do not get discouraged, your almost there! Just
take your time studying the pattern, maintaining your practice
and control and before you know it, you’ll be mastering the Chinese
Health Balls.
