The object of this lesson
is to teach CONTROL. This is where we add a third health ball
and use the same concept we used in the first lesson but the difference
is this pattern requires more concentration. When you have the
three health balls in your hand of choice, you want to push one
health ball with your thumb, it will then push the third health
ball back to your thumb. This may seem difficult at first but
remember to have patience, practice as much as you can and use
the 1 to 5-finger movement - one notch at a time. Remember to
limit yourself to 2 to 3 minutes when first starting out with
the lesson. The key is continuous practice until you can rotate
this new pattern with the same amount of ease as in lesson one.
When you feel comfortable with this new pattern, try using your
other hand. Again, with the extra health ball, it becomes more
awkward but keep practicing and eventually, you’ll build up strength
in your hands and fingers and handling the health balls will seem
more natural. Don’t get discouraged, with time and practice you’ll
be ready for the final lesson. (Incorporate lesson one with this
