Welcome! Here at educatedhands.com
our aim is to promote exercising your hands. Most people exercise
all parts of their bodies except for their hands. Just look
at all the advertisements for exercise equipments, training
videos and CD-ROM’s; you can find all sorts of devices to help
you exercise the body-arms, legs and ab’s but not the hands!
It’s difficult to find exercise materials for the hands, and
this is why we offer you an ANCIENT CHINESE HAND EXERCISE. Just
think about it, as we’re growing up, we gain knowledge by using
our hands and in turn, we express that knowledge through our
hands. We also express knowledge by using our hands in our chosen
line of work. There are many fields of profession that require
you to use your hands and some of them require sensitive, delicate
and fine finger manipulation and this is why it’s important
to exercise your hands.

Ancient Chinese Hand exercises taught
in three free short and basic training visuals.
This site will provide you with three
free short and easy basic training visuals that will teach you
an ancient Chinese hand exercise using Chinese Baoding Balls
a.k.a. Chinese Health Balls. Aside from strengthening your fingers,
hands, wrists and forearms, there are other benefits to be gained
by exercising your hands. The traditional Chinese medical theory
is described as having meridians and collateral channels forming
networks that links your hands to the vital organs in the human
body via acupuncture points. To give a better understanding,
here’s a quote from the instructions that should come with each
set of health balls.
“According to this theory, the ten
fingers are connected with the cranial nerves and vital organs
of the human body, including the heart, liver, spleen, lungs,
kidneys, gall bladder, pancreas, bladder, large and small intestines.
By manipulating the health balls with the fingers, the balls
will stimulate the various acupuncture points in the hands to
improve the circulation of chi (vital energy) and blood in your
body.”
Other benefits that come from exercising
your hands include hand/eye coordination, flexibility, dexterity,
control, balance rhythm, harmony and intense concentration.
All these benefit cannot be gained until you discipline yourself
to be patient.
Along with the training visuals, we
also offer an exclusive, one of a kind performance in our Chinese
Baoding Ball theater. In our theater, we’ll present you with
